Hello and Welcome to Nottingham Virtual Assistant.

What NottmVA can offer You

NottmVA is a professional business administration service based in Nottingham, East Midlands offering a virtual secretarial type service remotely – locally, nationally and internationally.

Some of the services provided can be found on the Services page.

What is a Virtual Assistant?

A Virtual Assistant provides support to a business remotely, (virtually) using technology and is self-employed utilising skills from previous employment such as an Executive PA and is experienced from a whole range of fields. Virtual Assistants can tailor their services to the needs of a sole trader, a small business or a large corporate – wherever there is a need.

The Benefits of being your Virtual Assistant

The advantages of using a Virtual Assistant is that a client can focus on growing their business or selling their products, rather than the time-consuming administration tasks. Hiring a Virtual Assistant (or VA) it is usually more cost-effective than a temporary worker or employee or undertaking the tasks yourself. Other benefits include the fact that you only pay for actual time and services used and time-tracking reports are provided, so no hidden costs.

  1. Hi Angela, I’m looking for a VA to help me run my business, we just launched a month ago so there is lots to do but we need all hands on deck! We are a social media agency and would need help mostly with social media such as growing the Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook channels, we also need help with general admin tasks – organising schedules and booking calls/meetings. We don’t need someone who is an expert in social media so it’s okay if you don’t have this experience, we have a guide to tell you what to do! Let us know if you’re interested and we can have a call to discuss in more detail?
